Donation certificate

The association African Angel e.V. received on 16.06.2003 from the tax office Düsseldorf-Mitte for the first time the non-profit status certified (exemption notice from corporate income tax). The latest notice of exemption issued by the tax office is valid in each case.

African Angel e.V. is allowed to issue donation receipts to all donors and sponsors so that they can claim these payments for tax purposes. Since the law passed on 21.09.2007 to further strengthen civic engagement, the issuance of a donation receipt is only required for amounts over 200, – Euro. For donations up to this amount, it is sufficient to submit the corresponding remittance slip to the tax office.

After the annual accounting run at the end of January/beginning of February of the following year, we automatically issue a donation receipt for every donor whose name and address are known to us, regardless of the amount.

Therefore, we also ask our donors to please include their name and full address when transferring funds.
